“九五”期间,在省委、省政府的正确领导下,全省上下抢抓机遇,加快交通基础设旌建设,全面推进交通事业发展,为全省经济社会发展作出了重要贡献。交通基础设施建设取得重大进展公路建设取得突破性进展。一是公路总量增长幅度较大。五年新增公路通车里程2156公里,全省公路通车里程已达到34643公里。二是高等级公路建设进度快。贵遵公路、贵阳东出口公路、贵阳东北绕城公路和贵新公路贵阳至都匀段等高等级公路相继建成通车。三是路网改造力度大,公路通行能力和服务水平有较大提高。
During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, under the correct leadership of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, the province seized opportunities and accelerated the construction of transportation infrastructure and comprehensively promoted the development of transportation and made important contributions to the economic and social development of the province. Significant progress was made in the construction of transportation infrastructure. Breakthroughs were made in highway construction. First, the total amount of road growth is larger. In the five years, 2156 kilometers of new roads have been opened to traffic, and 34643 kilometers of highway have been opened to traffic in the province. Second, high-speed highway construction progress. Guizun Road, Guiyang Road, east of Guiyang Ring Road and Guizhou Guiyang to Duyun high-grade highways have been opened to traffic. Third, road network reform efforts, road access capacity and service levels have greatly improved.
