概述了我国电子政务建设的现状,进而阐述了IT产业发展、IT产品国产化的必要性。论述了电子政务系统应用软件国产化对我国IT产业的重要意义及其深远影响。总结并指出,中国近20年的信息化建设并没有使我国的信息技术企业真正获得竞争优势,无论是国产CPU芯片还是国产操作系统都没有得到大规模应用;国外企业占据我国电子政务市场主要份额在带来信息安全隐患的同时,也为信息资源共享与整合设置了障碍,推进电子政务系统核心技术国产化是信息化进入高级阶段的要求,对我国IT产业的长远发展也具有重要的战略价值。
It summarizes the current situation of e-government construction in our country, and then expounds the necessity of IT industry development and localization of IT products. Discussed the application of e-government system localization of China’s IT industry, the significance and far-reaching impact. In conclusion and pointed out that China’s information technology construction in the past 20 years did not make our country’s information technology enterprises really gain a competitive edge, both domestic CPU chips and domestic operating systems have not been large-scale application; foreign companies dominate the market share of China’s e-government While bringing information security risks, it also sets obstacles for the sharing and integration of information resources. It is a requirement for informatization to enter the advanced stage to promote the localization of core technologies of e-government system. It also has important strategic value for the long-term development of IT industry in our country .
