自治区教育厅于三月上旬在银川召开全区教研室主任会议。会议传达了国家教委负责同志关于端正教育思想的讲话精神,汇报交流了去年的教研工作情况,协调讨论了今年的全区教研计划。 出席会议的同志,在肯定1985年全区各级教研室工作成绩的同时,分析了当前教研工作中存在的问题,主要是:有些教研室还没有完全把工作的重心放到“研”字上来;教改实验还缺乏计划性和科学性,教研队伍不够稳定,中学教研力量比较薄弱。 会议认为,1986年全区教研工作应以贯彻《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》为中心,立足改革,进一步端正业务指导思想,深入钻研教材教法,
