SD 大鼠尾静脉注射大鼠树突状细胞单克隆抗体(WZD_3)和 la 单克隆抗体。同时经灌胃施用雷公藤多甙(T_1,33mg/kg),观察其外周血或脾淋巴细胞对 ConA 刺激的增殖能力、混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及溶血素产生的水平。结果表明,单独注射的两种单抗皆可明显抑制 T 细胞应答和减少 B 细胞分泌溶血素的水平(P<0.01或 P<0.05),当 WZD_3与 TⅡ减半量联合应用时,其对 MLR 仍表现抑制作用(P<0.01),但不影响 T 细胞的增殖能力和溶血素的产生(P>0.05),这一作用可能与对 MHC 基因产物特异性耐受的诱导相关。
Rat SD rat monoclonal antibody (WZD_3) and la monoclonal antibody were injected into SD rats. At the same time, T3 (T1, 33 mg/kg) was administered by intragastric administration to observe the proliferation of ConA stimulated by peripheral blood or spleen lymphocytes, mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR), and interleukin-2 (IL-2). The level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and hemolysin production. The results showed that the two monoclonal antibodies injected alone could significantly inhibit the T cell response and reduce the level of hemolysin secreted by B cells (P<0.01 or P<0.05). When WZD3 was combined with a halving amount of TII, it responded to the MLR. The inhibitory effect was still exhibited (P<0.01), but it did not affect the proliferation ability of T cells and the production of hemolysin (P>0.05). This effect may be related to the induction of specific tolerance to MHC gene products.
