近年来,随着我国核能和核技术在工程、医疗、科研等领域的广泛应用,放射性物品运输种类越来越多,运输量和潜在危险越来越大。2010年10月27日,交通运输部发布《关于修改〈道路危险货物运输管理规定〉的决定》和《放射性物品道路运输管理规定》,均集中在加强对射性物品运输的管理方面。
In recent years, with the widespread application of nuclear energy and nuclear technology in engineering, medical treatment and scientific research fields, more and more types of radioactive materials are transported, and their transportation volume and potential dangers are increasing. On October 27, 2010, the “Decision on Amending the Provisions on the Administration of Road Dangerous Goods Transportation” issued by the Ministry of Communications and the “Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport of Radioactive Material” are all focused on strengthening the management of the transportation of radioactive materials.
