采用线性化近似方法研究了偏置信号调制下色噪声驱动的单模激光增益模型的光强关联时间随色噪声强度变化的规律,发现当两噪声间关联程度λ<0时,光强关联时间T随噪声强度D和Q的变化曲线中都出现极小值(即出现抑制);当λ≥0时,光强关联时间T随D的增加而单调增加,随Q的增加而单调减小.另外,随着λ的绝对值和Ω值的增加,T-D和T-Q曲线的抑制谷变深,而随着i0值的增加,T-D和T-Q曲线的抑制谷变浅.
The linearized approximation method was used to study the variation of the correlated color intensity of the single-mode laser gain model driven by color noises under bias signal modulation. It is found that when the correlation between two noises is less than 0, When T (λ) = 0, the light intensity associated time T monotonically increases with the increase of D, and monotonically decreases with the increase of Q. In addition, as the absolute value of λ and the value of Ω increase, the suppression valleys of TD and TQ curves become deeper, and as the value of i0 increases, the suppression valleys of TD and TQ curves become shallower.
