国家质量监督检验检疫总局公告2012年第26号为进一步加强对承担监督抽查和工业产品生产许可工作的检验机构的监管,规范检验行为,促进检验机构提高工作质量,根据《中华人民共和国产品质量法》等法律法规,国家质检总局制订了《产品质量检验机构工作质量分类监管办法》。现将《产品质量检验机构工作质量分类监管办法》予以公布。
