目的:寻找破除催吐萝芙木种子休眠、提高种子发芽率的方法,为栽培生产提供理论依据。方法:采用种皮透水性测定、不同温度光照、温水浸种、GA3溶液处理、层积处理等方法,研究催吐萝芙木种子的萌发特性。结果:催吐萝芙木种子的吸水率为15.89%,种皮具有较强的透水障碍;种子在15~35℃恒温条件下发芽率仅有0%~18.67%,而在20/30℃变温条件下,种子发芽率可达到59.33%;光照条件对种子萌发无显著影响;温水浸种和GA3溶液处理对种子的萌发无显著促进作用;通过湿沙层积60 d,种子的发芽率可提高到87%,总发芽天数由42 d缩短为18 d。结论:催吐萝芙木种皮存在透水障碍,种子萌发类型属于变温型,湿沙层积可有效破除种子休眠,提高种子发芽率。
Objective: To find ways to get rid of Dormancy seed dormancy and improve seed germination rate, and provide theoretical basis for cultivation and production. Methods: The seed germination characteristic of Eupolyphagus sibirica was studied by measuring the water permeability of seed coat, light temperature, immersing in warm water, treating with GA3 solution and stratification treatment. Results: The water absorption rate of seeds of Eupolyphaga seedlings was 15.89%, and the seed coat had strong water barrier. The seed germination rate was only 0% ~ 18.67% at 15 ~ 35 ℃, , The seed germination rate could reach 59.33%; the light conditions had no significant effect on seed germination; warm water soaking and GA3 solution treatment did not significantly promote the seed germination; the seed germination rate could be increased to 87 %, The total germination days reduced from 42 d to 18 d. CONCLUSION: There is water barrier in the seed coat of Eupolyphaga Rupr., And the germination type belongs to the variable temperature type. Wet stratification can effectively eliminate seed dormancy and increase seed germination rate.
