目的 观察皮肤浅层真菌病的中西医结合治疗效果,以期找到一种简单、有效的浅层真菌病的治疗方法。方法 患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药液熏洗加达克宁霜外用,对照组采用达克宁霜外用,15±2天后作疗效对比观察。结果 治疗组总有效率85.6％,对照组总有效率47.4％(P<0.01),两组疗效差别有显著性。结论 中药液熏洗合并达克宁霜外擦对皮肤浅层真菌病的治疗效果确切,性质温和,副作用小,适合临床推广。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Integrative Medicine on superficial mycosis of the skin in order to find a simple and effective method for the treatment of superficial mycosis. Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation plus galactoside cream, while the control group was treated with dacronide cream. The therapeutic effect was observed after 15 ± 2 days. Results The total effective rate was 85.6% in the treatment group and 47.4% in the control group (P <0.01), and the difference between the two groups was significant. Conclusion The Chinese herbal liquid fumigation combined with the cream of dermatan both for the treatment of skin superficial mycosis has the exact effect, mild nature and small side effects, suitable for clinical promotion.
