结合烧结主抽风机的运行工况,分析了变频调速的节能原理,并列举了国内不同规模的400m2烧结机、500m2烧结机和660m2烧结机主抽风机成功应用变频调速的节能范例,论证了节能效果。结果表明:通过对烧结主抽风机的变频调速,可达到节能降耗,降低生产成本的目的,这将是今后建设大型烧结工程发展的方向。
Combining with the operating condition of the main suction draft fan, the principle of energy saving by frequency conversion speed regulation is analyzed, and the energy saving examples of the successful application of frequency conversion speed regulation by 400m2 sintering machine, 500m2 sintering machine and 660m2 sintering machine of different sizes are listed. Energy-saving effect. The results show that through the frequency control of the main suction fan, the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption can be achieved and the production cost can be reduced. This will be the direction for the development of large-scale sintering projects in the future.
