事件:据《西部商报》报道,甘肃省某小学把学生分为两部分,能达到少先队条件的戴红领巾,学习不好、综合素质不高等不符合条件的学生戴绿领巾。这个规定使家长和学生在精神上承受了很大压力。据该校校长介绍,这是他们从上海、北京等地引进的“先进经验”,它的名称叫苗苗团少先队。一年级的学生全部实行戴绿领巾,到了二年级,一部分达到条件的学生就可以加入真正意义的少先队,开始戴红领巾;还有一部分学生即使达到加入少先队的年龄,但由于学习、思想品德等方面还达不到要求,仍然戴绿领巾,到了三年级全部加入少先队。共青团中央少工部相关人士接受记者采访时表示,共青团中央开始在全国范围内紧急追查绿领巾、粉领巾等“变色红领巾”。
