从20世纪70年代开始,德国、美国等欧美国家,为了在道路维修中充分利用旧的沥青混合料,节省资源,进行了沥青路面的就地热再生技术及相关设备的研究开发。目前,这项高效环保的沥青路面维修技术,无论是在设备方面还是在工艺方面,都比较成熟。在我国,20世纪90年代初修建的高速公路已逐渐进入了大修期,沥青路面就地热再生这一现代公路养护维修技术引起了人们的高度关注。为了更好的推广应用沥青路面就地热再生技术,有必要对其所采用的设备和工艺方法进行较深入地分析。
Since the 1970s, Germany and the United States and other European and American countries have conducted research and development on in-situ thermal regeneration technologies and related equipment for asphalt pavement in order to make full use of old asphalt mixture in road maintenance and save resources. At present, this highly efficient and environmentally friendly asphalt pavement maintenance technology, both in terms of equipment or technology, are more mature. In our country, the expressway built in the early 1990s has gradually entered the overhaul period, and the modern road maintenance and repair technology of on-site thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement has aroused people’s great attention. In order to better promote the application of in-situ thermal regeneration technology of asphalt pavement, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the equipment and process methods used.
