过年燃放爆竹是我国的传统,生产花炮爆竹的工厂也都是在冬季开始大批生产,随着农村经济的发展,很多爆竹花炮厂都分布在乡镇企业,近年来,有些乡镇企业由于土法上马,设备不完善,工人又缺乏科学知识,不懂操作规程等原因,爆炸伤亡事故屡屡发生,各方面都造成很大损失。目前,又进入了爆竹大量生产季节,我们特选登几件花炮厂爆炸事故的案例,目的是希望能引起各级领导,尤其是爆竹花炮工厂的领导和工人同志们的重视。从这些事故中吸取教训,总结经验,以保证安全生产。

With the development of rural economy, many fireworks factories are located in township and village enterprises. In recent years, some township and village enterprises, Equipment is not perfect, workers lack scientific knowledge, do not understand the rules and other reasons, explosion casualties occur frequently, in all aspects have caused great losses. At present, we have also entered the mass-production season of firecrackers. We selected a few cases of fireworks plant explosions in an attempt to arouse the attention of leaders at all levels, especially the fireworks factory and the workers’ comrades. Draw lessons from these accidents and sum up experience to ensure safe production.
