铁路是国家的经济大动脉,其建设与经济发展密切相关,近年来铁路系统实施主辅分离改革,使得铁路施工企业的经营管理方式等各个方面发生了很大改变,其内部成本费用的控制与管理也面临了许多新问题。由于企业成本控制工作的效果直接影响到企业的效益,所以必须加强企业的成本控制管理。本文首先分析了在新环境下铁路施工企业在成本控制方面所面临的问题,然后提出了一些改进措施,以期对实务工作能有所帮助。
