目前,已有通过有机质谱测定同位素峰的丰度比的方法来分析地球、月球样品中微量金属含量;考察人体内某些金属元素代谢动力学等一些研究。这些工作中都利用了金属络合物。为了求出金属的含量,必须精确地求出络合物配位体的同位素峰的丰度分布。因此,精确地计算同位素峰丰度的工作具有一定的实际意义。目前的近似公式、表格等不能满足要求,特别在含有多重同位素元素时,更是如此。
At present, there are methods to determine the abundance ratio of isotope peaks by means of organic mass spectrometry to analyze the contents of trace metals in the earth and lunar samples. Some studies on the metabolic kinetics of some metal elements in the human body have been done. Metal complexes are used in these tasks. In order to determine the metal content, the abundance distribution of the isotope peak of the complex ligand must be accurately determined. Therefore, the accurate calculation of isotope abundance peak has some practical significance. The current approximate formulas, tables, etc. can not meet the requirements, especially in the case of multiple isotopic elements.
