高效液相色谱法测定复方珍珠暗疮片中芍药甙含量

采用高效液相色谱法 ,ODS柱。以甲醇 -水 (35∶ 6 5 )为流动相 ,测定复方珍珠暗疮片中芍药甙的含量。其方法回收率为 95 .8% ,RSD为 1.8%。

Using high performance liquid chromatography, ODS column. Methanol-water (35:65) was used as the mobile phase to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Compound Pearl Acne Tablets. The method has a recovery rate of 95.8% and an RSD of 1.8%.
