黄檀夜蛾是紫胶寄主树黄檀的主要害虫之一.我区南宁、钦州、玉林等地区均有发生为害,受害后树叶被吃光,影响黄檀树生长,造成紫胶减产.从一九七五年起,我们与钦州县平吉紫胶场林科组一起,应用杀螟秆菌对该虫进行防治试验,效果很好,现初报如下:菌液来源广西农学院微生物厂采用二级摇瓶发酵培养工艺,共八个菌株,浓度20亿(孢子)/毫升.室内毒效测定将八个菌株分别稀释50倍(加数滴粘着剂),浸染黄檀叶子取
