推进城乡一体化是十七届三中全会提出的一项重要战略任务。目前,庄河市从总体上已进入以工促农、以城带乡的发展阶段,进入着力破除城乡二元结构、形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局的重要时期。庄河要建设成为国际化生态型海滨城市,必须从贯彻科学发展观的战略高度,进一步统筹城乡发展,加速推进城乡经济社会一体化的进程,实现城乡之间和区域之间的全面协调发展。
The promotion of urban-rural integration is an important strategic task put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee. At present, Zhuanghe City has entered a stage of development that promotes agriculture by industry and urbanization with urbanization as a whole, and has been trying to break the dual structure of urban and rural areas and form an integrated new pattern of urban-rural economic and social development. To build Zhuanghe into an international ecological coastal city, we must further coordinate the development of urban and rural areas from the strategic height of implementing the scientific concept of development, speed up the process of economic and social integration between urban and rural areas, and achieve the all-round and coordinated development between urban and rural areas and between regions.
