目的 探讨枯草热结膜炎局部体液免疫状态及其在发病机理中所处的地位。方法 采用双盲法对枯草热结膜炎泪液中IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3进行检测及分析。结果枯草热结膜炎组IgG及补体C3明显高于对照组( P<0. 01);IgA、IgM次之( P<0. 05)。结论 IgG等免疫球蛋白在枯草热结膜炎发病中占有重要地位.补体源炎症介质可能参与局部炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the local humoral immune status of hay fever conjunctivitis and its role in pathogenesis. Methods The double-blind method was used to detect and analyze IgG, IgA, IgM and complement C3 in the tear of hay fever caused by hay fever. Results The results showed that IgG and complement C3 were significantly higher in the hay fever conjunctivitis group than in the control group (P <0.01), followed by IgA and IgM (P <0.05). Conclusion IgG and other immunoglobulins play an important role in the pathogenesis of hay fever conjunctivitis. Complement-derived inflammatory mediators may be involved in the local inflammatory response.
