现代白内障囊外摘除术后房型人工晶体植入术为眼科重要复明手术之一 ,在术中如何抑制缩瞳反应直接影响着病人的术后疗效。有资料表明双氯芬酸钠对免前房穿刺引起的缩瞳反应有较好的抑制作用。作者将双氯芬酸钠滴眼液用于白内障术中 ,观察其对术中瞳孔缩小的抑制作用。现报告如
Modern intraocular lens implantation after extracapsular cataract extraction is one of the important ophthalmologic surgeries. How to restrain the miosis reaction during surgery directly affects the postoperative effect of the patients. Data show that diclofenac sodium on the anterior chamber puncture-induced miotic response better inhibition.
