医院门诊收费是医院财务管理的重要组成部分,是医院储备资金转化为货币资金,形成医院业务收入的重要方式之一。同时,它又是医院对外服务的一个窗口,是医院社会效益的一种反映。城市大医院,门诊人次多,收费项目分类繁杂,收费数额大,加强门诊收费管理,提高工作效率和收费服务质量,堵塞漏洞,保证医院收入及时完整地实现,显得十分重要。
