高中新课程标准强调人的全面发展、科学发展、和谐发展,而法律素养是人的综合素质的重要组成部分。高中化学教学中涉及不少与环境保护、生命生产安全等法制密切相关的内容。因此,在高中化学教学中渗透法制教育既是提高学生法律素养的一种有效途径,也是高中化学教师不可推卸的职责和任务。在高中化学教学中渗透法制教育,是以高中化学教学内容为载体,教师充分挖掘和展示与教学内容相关的法制知识,有组织、有计划地对学生进行相关法律知识和法治观念的教育。这样,不仅能促进学生的化学知识增长,培养他们的化学思维能力,同时也能提高其法律素养,引导学生学法、懂法、守法、用法,并依法运用所学化学知识为社会的发展做贡献。
The new curriculum standard of high school emphasizes people’s all-round development, scientific development and harmonious development, and legal literacy is an important part of the comprehensive quality of people. High school chemistry teaching involves a lot with the environmental protection, life safety and other legal system closely related content. Therefore, infiltrating legal education in high school chemistry teaching is not only an effective way to improve students’ legal literacy, but also an important responsibility and task that high school chemistry teachers can not shirk. Penetration of legal education in high school chemistry teaching is based on the content of chemistry teaching in senior high schools. Teachers fully tap and display legal knowledge related to teaching contents, educate students on relevant legal knowledge and the concept of the rule of law in an organized and planned manner. In this way, students can not only promote the growth of chemical knowledge, develop their ability of chemical thinking, but also improve their legal literacy, and guide students to learn law, understand law, abide by the law, and use the learned chemical knowledge in accordance with the law to do for the development of society contribution.
