目的了解北京市初中生的营养状况及膳食摄入水平现状,为指导、改善和提高北京市初中生的体质健康水平提供科学依据。方法以整群随机抽样方法抽取北京市15所初中学校的1 576名学生,采用基于网络模式的24 h膳食回顾法调查学生膳食状况,根据《中国居民膳食营养素日参考摄入量表》(2013版)做出评价。结果初中生中重度消瘦、轻度消瘦、正常、超重、肥胖的比例分别为3.6%,4.8%,64.8%,12.8%,14.0%。11~16岁女生钙和硒的摄入量均严重不足,低于该年龄段推荐摄入量的60%,14~16岁女生镁的摄入量占推荐摄入量的75.18%;11~13岁男生钙、硒的摄入量分别占推荐摄入量的62.58%和63.60%,14~16岁男生钙、硒的摄入量分别占推荐摄入量的64.36%和55.17%。14~16岁男女生能量摄入量占推荐摄入量比例均小于70%。结论应对初中生采取合理的干预措施,增加摄入食物的多样性,进一步改善其膳食营养状况。
Objective To understand the status of nutritional status and dietary intake of junior high school students in Beijing and to provide a scientific basis for guiding, improving and improving the physical fitness of junior high school students in Beijing. Methods A total of 1 576 students from 15 junior middle schools in Beijing were enrolled in a cluster random sampling method. The 24-h dietary recall method based on internet was used to investigate the students’ dietary status. Results The proportion of moderate to severe weight loss, mild weight loss, normal, overweight and obesity in junior high school students were 3.6%, 4.8%, 64.8%, 12.8% and 14.0% respectively. 11-16-year-old girls calcium and selenium intake were severely under-age, lower than the recommended intake of 60% of this age group, 14 to 16-year-old girl magnesium intake accounted for 75.18% of recommended intake; 11 ~ Calcium and selenium intake of 13-year-old boys accounted for 62.58% and 63.60% of the recommended intake respectively. The intake of calcium and selenium for boys aged 14 to 16 accounted for 64.36% and 55.17% respectively of the recommended intake. 14-16-year-old male and female energy intake accounted for the proportion of the recommended intake were less than 70%. Conclusion Junior high school students should take reasonable interventions to increase the diversity of food intake and further improve their nutritional status.
