目的:探究血液灌流联合血液透析治疗急性中毒导致急性肾损伤的临床疗效以及临床转归.方法:选择本院收治的急性中毒导致急性肾损伤患者作为研究对象,从中随机性选择50例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,抽取常规间隙性血液透析(IHD)患者25例并设为对照组,选择血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(IHD)治疗患者25例(观察组),对比患者治疗前后肾功能、肝功能并评价临床转归.结果:两组患者治疗前肝肾功能显著降低,治疗后观察组肝功能与对着照组相比具有统计学意义:P＜ 0.05.观察组患者病死率为4.00％,低于对照组的病死率24.00％,差异存在鲜明的对比性:P＜ 0.05.结论:HP联合IHD治疗急性中毒导致急性肾损伤临床疗效显著,有利于改善患者的肝肾功能,并降低患者的病死率,值得推荐.
