过去,我们在教学实践中,常常采用多上课,反复讲,多留作业,反复练,用加重学生负担的办法来提高质量。达样机械的重复,是不符合少年儿童求知欲强,喜欢研究和探索的心理特征的。因而,往往事与愿违,不仅提高不了质量,反而使儿童头脑僵化,对学习丧失兴趣,成绩下降。有时因作业太多,压力很大,孩子们心里总象有事,玩也没有心思,影响了他们的身心健康。那么,怎样进行教学才符合教育规律呢?下面结合我的教学实践谈几点做法和体会。
In the past, in teaching practice, we often used more classes, repeatedly said, more homework, repeated practice, with a heavier burden on students to improve the quality. Repetition of sample-like machines is not in line with the curiosity of children and young children, like the psychological characteristics of research and exploration. As a result, they often do things in the opposite direction, which not only can not improve their quality but lead to the inflexibility of children's minds and their loss of interest in learning. Sometimes because of homework too much, the pressure is great, the children are always like the heart, play no thought, affecting their physical and mental health. So, how to carry out teaching is consistent with the law of education? The following combination of my teaching practice to talk about practices and experience.
