马克思主义是在实践中不断发展的科学。世界发展的新形势要求马克思主义者开拓新视野,发展新观念,进入新世界,这是现时代趋势。 十一届三中全会以来,我们党把马克思主义同我国实践结合起来,找到了一条建设有中国特色的社会主义道路,开辟了社会主义建设的新阶段。在对社会主义再认识的过程中,发展了马克思主义一系列理论观点,其中,关于在经济文化落后的条件下,建设社会主义必须有一个很长的初级阶段的观点。这是马克思主义的一个崭新概念,是对科学社会主义理论的的重大突破。
Marxism is a continuously developing science in practice. The new situation of world development requires Marxists to broaden their horizons, develop new concepts and enter the new world. This is the present trend. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, our party has combined Marxism with our practice and found a road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, opening up a new phase of socialist construction. In the process of re-understanding of socialism, a series of theoretical perspectives of Marxism have been developed. Among them, regarding the need to establish socialism under the condition of backward economy and culture, we must have a very long view of the initial stage. This is a brand new concept of Marxism and a major breakthrough in the theory of scientific socialism.
