小组活动不是综合实践活动课程的唯一活动方式,但它是综合实践活动的基本组织形式,能让小组成员之间更为方便顺畅地交流信息、交换意见,明确各自的责任,增强彼此的信任,学习和掌握人际沟通的技巧,获得深刻的情感体验。实践表明,要使小组活动的效益最大化,教师指导是否到位至关重要。教师的指导贯穿在分组阶段、实施阶段、深化阶段和整理阶段,让学生充分感受到自己在小组中的重要地位,激励学生保持小组活动的热情。
The group activity is not the only way to practice the activity course, but it is the basic organization form of the comprehensive practice activity. It enables the members of the group to more conveniently and smoothly exchange information, exchange opinions, clarify their respective responsibilities and enhance mutual trust. Learn and master interpersonal skills and get a deep emotional experience. Practice shows that to maximize the effectiveness of group activities, it is crucial that instructor guidance is in place.
