今年四月二十一日,贵州省教育委员会与贵州省人事厅联合发出“关于组织全省教育系统公务员、事业单位专业技术人员参加计算机应用培训、考核”的通知,该通知指出:为了普遍提高我省教育系统公务员和事业单位专业技术人员的计算机应用能力,提高工作效率,适应深化教育改革和“教育要面向现代化”的需要,我省力争在三年之内使五十岁以下的公务员和专业技术人员能达到计算机应用的初级以上水平,中高级专业技术人员和其他有关人员应达到本专业技术职务系列要求的水平。根据这一精神,目前我省各高校都在开办教职工电脑培训班,培训内容主要有DOS操作系统、WPS文字处理系统和数据库管理系统。这些内容看似简单,可是教职工们在学习这些内容时还是遇到不少的困难,诸如:五笔字型输入法中的“末笔字型交叉识别码”的确定、数据库管理系统中的命令格式以及DOS操作系统中的命令格式,怎样解决这些难题呢?笔者认为,把“限制”这一逻辑方法运用于学习电脑知识的过程中,定会迎刃而解。

According to this spirit, at present, all colleges and universities in our province are running computer training courses for faculty and staff. The main contents of training include DOS operating system, WPS word processing system and database management system. The content may seem simple, but the faculty members still encounter many difficulties in learning these contents, such as the determination of the “final pen type cross-identification code” in the Wubi input method, the command in the database management system Format and DOS operating system command format, how to solve these problems? I believe that the “restrictions” of the logical method used in the process of learning computer knowledge, will be solved.
