“平安浙江”建设6年来,我省社会管理工作积极适应经济社会发展的变化,着力破解新生社会管理难题,走新路、登高峰,不断创造出新的经验。让流动人口安定浙江是外来人口流入大省,近几年,全省流动人口数量以每年20%左右的速度递增。目前,全省共有登记在册流动人口约1944万人(其中本省籍流动人口306万),流动人口总数超过了常住人口的1/3,连续9年居全国第二位。
In the past 6 years since the construction of “Safe Zhejiang”, the social management work of our province has been actively adapting to the changes of economic and social development, trying its best to solve the social management problems of freshmen, taking the new road and climbing the peak, and constantly creating new experiences. In recent years, the number of floating population in the province has been increasing at an annual rate of about 20%. At present, there are a total of 19.44 million floating population registered in the province (including 3.06 million migrant population in the province). The total number of floating population exceeds one third of the resident population and ranks second in the country for 9 consecutive years.
