[目的]研究gankyrin在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化染色方法检测gankyrin在手术切除的57例胃癌及其癌旁组织中的表达水平,分析其临床意义。[结果]Gankyrin在胃癌组织中表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);gankyrin表达水平在不同年龄和不同性别患者间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在不同病理分化程度(P=0.033)、有无淋巴结转移(P=0.020)及不同TNM分期(P=0.022)患者间差异有统计学意义;Kaplan-Meier分析提示gankyrin高表达胃癌患者预后不良(P=0.029)。[结论 ]Gankyrin高表达与胃癌恶性进展密切相关,可能是胃癌诊断与治疗的重要靶点。
[Objective] To study the expression of gankyrin in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. [Method] Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of gankyrin in 57 cases of resected gastric cancer and its adjacent tissues, and its clinical significance was analyzed. [Results] The expression level of Gankyrin in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in gankyrin expression between patients of different ages and genders (P> 0.05) (P = 0.033), with or without lymph node metastasis (P = 0.020) and different TNM stages (P = 0.022). Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the prognosis of patients with high expression of gankyrin gastric cancer was poor (P = 0.029) . [Conclusion] The high expression of Gankyrin is closely related to the malignant progression of gastric cancer and may be an important target for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
