吡喹酮是一种广谱抗蠕虫药,对血吸虫病具有治愈率高,副反应少等优点。本文报告了血吸虫病治疗剂量的吡喹酮对正常小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。采用CBA/J、CF1和C57BL/6 3个品系小鼠,皮下注射30、40或250条曼氏血吸虫尾蚴。分别于感染后8、9、10周时给予口服吡喹酮100mg/kg体重3次,每次间隔4小时。结果3组动物均治愈。 CF1小鼠静脉注射羊红细胞(SRBC)悬液致敏,然后分为吡喹酮治疗和不治疗组。用
Praziquantel is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic that has the advantages of high cure rate and few side effects on schistosomiasis. This article reports the effect of a dose of praziquantel on the cellular and humoral immunity in normal mice. Three strains of CBA / J, CF1 and C57BL / 6 mice were injected subcutaneously with 30, 40 or 250 S. cercariae. Oral praziquantel 100 mg / kg body weight was administered three times at 8, 9, and 10 weeks post-infection, each at an interval of 4 hours. Results 3 groups of animals were cured.
