神经病理性疼痛的发病机制包括疼痛信号传导通路的持续改变。研究表明,神经损伤后,脊髓背角抑制性信号的降低参与神经病理性疼痛。但是,脊髓背角抑制性环路的变化至今尚未阐明。脊髓背角Ⅲ层存在抑制性的甘氨酸能神经元。这类抑制性神经元可以投射到脊髓背角Ⅱ层的兴奋性放射状神经元(radial neurons),从而产生抑制性的调控作用。本课题研究Ⅲ层抑制性神经元投射至Ⅱ层放射状神经元的抑制性
The pathogenesis of neuropathic pain includes a continuous change in pain signaling pathways. Studies have shown that, after nerve injury, decreased spinal dorsal horn inhibitory signaling is involved in neuropathic pain. However, changes in the spinal dorsal horn inhibitory loop have not been elucidated yet. The spinal dorsal horn III has inhibitory glycinergic neurons. Such inhibitory neurons can project to the radial neurons in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord, resulting in inhibitory effects. In this study, we investigated the inhibitory effect of III-layer inhibitory neurons projecting to II-layer radial neurons
