目的观察邦罗力负荷疗法对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者骨病的疗效。方法应用邦罗力负荷剂量,每日邦罗力6 mg,连用3 d 静脉注射,以后每个月1次邦罗力6 mg进行维持。结果5例 MM 经用邦罗力负荷剂量治疗后,5例骨痛明显减轻,1例高钙血症经用邦罗力治疗后48 h 血钙正常。3例重症骨痛病人2周后明显缓解,经6个月临床观
Objective To observe the curative effect of Banglo force-bearing therapy on bone disease in patients with multiple myeloma (MM). Methods The dose of Bangla load was applied daily with 6 mg Borazil, intravenously once daily for 3 days and once every month for 6 days. Results Five cases of MM were relieved of bone pain after treatment with Bangrola load, and one case of hypercalcemia was normal after 48 hours of treatment with Bangluo. Three patients with severe bone pain were relieved 2 weeks later, after 6 months of clinical observation
