一年來蘇聯專家對我國重工業的恢復與建設工作幫助很大。由於蘇聯專家的帮助,大部分廠礦已突破日偽时期的生產水平。截至1950年底,各地煉鐵爐且均已突破原設計能力,其中石景山250噸煉铁炉已创造370噸的紀錄,太原50噸煉鐵炉已創造106噸的紀錄。煉鋼方面,太原馬丁爐,接受蘇聯專家建議,採用熱裝法,曾於长年將每爐冶煉時間由10时42分縮短到5时55分;今年又因採用蘇聯专家的吹風熔煉法,使每爐冶煉时间再度降至4时54分。
In the past year, Soviet experts have made great contributions to the restoration and construction of China’s heavy industry.
