哈爾濱農學院自徵得中國科學院的同意,借聘前北研植物研穷所所長劉慎諤前往該院授課并籌備成立該院研究東北之農林植物機構,經數月來的籌備,與該院有關方面洽商的結果,工作程序,已進行至下列情况: 1.名稱已定爲哈爾濱農學院農林植物調查所。 2.工作人員已有八人,計教授資歷者二人,列教授資歷者一人,助教資歷者五人。暑假前可能再增加五、六人至十數人不定。
