采用半导体激光器治疗视网膜裂孔30例34眼。结果表明:半导体激光不仅对干性视网膜裂孔疗效显著,而且对伴有视网膜扁平脱离的裂孔及黄斑部裂孔疗效亦比较满意。半导体激光还适用于治疗伴有一定程度屈光间质混浊的视网膜裂孔患者。随访表明,半导体激光对玻璃体和晶体无严重损伤。
Laser diode laser treatment of retinal holes in 30 cases 34 eyes. The results show that the semiconductor laser not only has a significant curative effect on dry retinal tears, but also is more satisfactory to the curative effect of the holes with broken retinal detachment and the macular holes. Semiconductor lasers are also suitable for the treatment of patients with retinal tears who have a certain degree of refractive media opacity. Follow-up showed that the semiconductor laser on the vitreous and crystals without serious damage.
