针对不同区域煤矿灾害防治存在的问题开展多层面的对策性研究,是对煤矿灾害防治宏观战略研究的进一步深化,为区域煤炭工业健康、可持续发展提供重要支撑。通过将全国划分为东北、华东、晋陕蒙宁甘、华南、新青5个煤矿安全战略区域,针对各区域煤矿灾害的现状,分析区域煤矿灾害的发生规律及趋势,找出存在的突出问题及关键影响因素,提出了各区域煤矿灾害防治的总体思路。
To tackle the problems existing in coal mine disaster prevention and control in different regions, multi-level countermeasure research is to further deepen the macro-strategic research on coal mine disaster prevention and control and provide important support to the healthy and sustainable development of coal industry in the region. By dividing the whole country into five coal mine safety strategic areas in Northeast, East China, Shanxi and Ningxia, South China and Xinqing, aiming at the current situation of coal mine disasters in all regions, the occurrence regularities and trends of coal mine disasters in the region are analyzed to find the outstanding problems And the key influencing factors, put forward the overall train of thought of coal mine disaster prevention and control in all regions.
