习近平总书记指出,宣传思想工作是做人的工作的,人在哪里重点就应该在哪里。2016年10月11日,中央全面深化改革领导小组第二十八次会议审议通过了《关于促进移动互联网健康有序发展的意见》。2017年1月5日,中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中宣部部长刘奇葆在推进媒体深度融合工作座谈会上明确要求“必须顺应移动化大趋势,强化移动优先意识,实施移动优先战略”。中央领导连续点题、破题、解题、命题,说明移动新媒体已成为代表未来方向的重要新闻舆论阵地。
