教学班是电大的基本细胞,是电大一切工作的出发点和落脚点。本人在基层电大的工作实践中,有点滴感受,愿与同仁交流。 一、办班需注意的四个问题: 1.在办班体制上,要搞单一制,不能搞混合制。即在一个班内,全脱产和业余生不能两者兼有,混合编班。否则,互相干拢,影响学习,无法实施正常的教学与管理工作。 2.在开办专业上,要量力而行,切忌不顾师资力量和办学条件,盲目开设专业。 3.在办班规模上,每班以20人以上为宜,20人以下不宜办班。 4.在教学组织管理上,不管在什么情况
