铀矿石中硫化物主要以FeS_2的形式存在。本文在研究了各种硫化物和硫酸盐热分解性质的基础上建立了快速测定各种铀矿石和浸渣中FeS_2型硫的方法。试样在510℃下燃烧,FeS_2分解生成SO_2,用淀粉溶液吸收后以碘量法测定。在该温度下其他硫化物和硫酸盐不分解,因而不干扰测定。方法经过多种铀矿石和浸渣实际试样考验,并与经典的重量法进行了对照,获得了满意的结果。分析含硫0.43%、2.98%和35.74%的矿样时,方法精密度分别为±2.8%、±0.56%和±0.31%。4小时可完成30—40个样品测定。
Sulfur compounds in uranium ore mainly exist in the form of FeS 2. Based on the study of pyrolysis properties of various sulphides and sulphates, a rapid method for the determination of FeS2-type sulfur in various uranium ores and leachate was established. The sample was burned at 510 ℃, and the decomposition of FeS_2 generated SO_2, which was absorbed by starch solution and determined by iodometry. Other sulphides and sulphates do not decompose at this temperature and therefore do not interfere with the assay. The method is tested by many kinds of uranium ores and leachate actual samples, and compared with the classical gravimetric method, obtaining satisfactory results. The accuracy of the method for analyzing mineral samples containing 0.43%, 2.98% and 35.74% sulfur was ± 2.8%, ± 0.56% and ± 0.31%, respectively. 4 hours to complete 30-40 samples measured.
