用IR,PAS,XRD和DTA,TGA及XPS,SEM对Na-Y型分子筛担载的过渡金属氧化物催化剂的表面结构和特征进行了研究.结果表明,单元RuO_2/Y催化剂的活性相分布均匀,价态单一,Ru:O≤2,RuO_2微晶粒线度为30—40(?),催化剂表面上存在L酸和B酸中心。对于分浸或共浸Ru-Fe复合催化剂,它们的表面结构、金属价态、微晶粒线度均有所不同,并存在着不同的金属与金属或担体间的强相互作用(或化学作用),因而它们的催化活性差异也大。同晶型的RuO_2,IrO_2及其复合的催化剂的结构性能变化不大,都具有较高的催化活性。
The surface structure and characteristics of transition metal oxide supported on Na-Y zeolite were investigated by IR, PAS, XRD, DTA, TGA and XPS. The results showed that the active phase of RuO 2 / Y catalyst was uniformly distributed , Single valence state, Ru: O≤2, the grain size of RuO_2 microcrystals is 30-40 (?), L acid and B acid center exist on the catalyst surface. For the submerged or co-impregnated Ru-Fe composite catalysts, their surface structure, metal valence, micro-grain size are different, and there are different metal and metal or the strong interaction between the body (or chemical ), So their catalytic activity is also large differences. The structural properties of isomorphous RuO 2, IrO 2 and their composite catalysts have little change, and all have high catalytic activity.
