引言防护装饰性镀层应用于汽车生产,迄今已有五十多年的历史。在这期间,镀层组合体系防护机理方面的研究取得了很大的进展。本文就不同镀层组合体系对抗蚀性能的影响谈几点看法。十多年来,工业比较发达的一些国家在改善镀层的组合体系方面做了大量的工作,获得了显著的成效。在这些镀层组合中,概括起来可以分为二种类型,即阳极牺牲型和腐蚀分散型(所谓高耐蚀性镀层)。这两种组合体系,在国外早已被广泛地应用。例如,日本丰田汽车公司的汽车防护装饰性镀铬件,就是采用阳极牺牲型和腐蚀分散型相结
Introduction Protective decorative coating used in automobile production, so far, more than 50 years of history. During this period, great progress has been made in the research on the protective mechanism of the coating combination system. This article on the different combinations of coating system on the anti-corrosion performance talk about the views. For more than a decade, a number of countries with more developed industries have done a great deal of work in improving the composite system of coatings and have achieved remarkable results. In these coating combinations, it can be broadly divided into two types, namely, anodic sacrificial type and erosion-dispersed type (so-called high corrosion resistance coating). These two kinds of combination systems have long been widely used abroad. For example, Japan’s Toyota Motor Corporation decorative chrome decorative automotive parts, is the use of anode sacrificial and corrosion-dispersed phase
