本文对所在学院大学生党员的发展情况进行了调查研究,旨在了解当前大学生党发展和教育管理工作中存在的问题及其对策。本文通过对88名党员学生的入党动机和党员的质量等进行分析。研究发现,大学生的入党动机和理念信念均存在不同程度的问题。在此基础上,笔者从高校学生党组织在教育、管理、服务中出现的问题提出了一些建议与对策,创新工作方法,提高党建的实践性和实效性。
This article conducts a research on the development of undergraduates’ party members in college, in order to understand the problems and countermeasures in the current undergraduate party development and education management. This article analyzes the motivation of joining the party of 88 Party members and the quality of party members. The study found that college students motivation to join the party and the concept of beliefs are varying degrees of problems. On this basis, the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the problems of college student party organizations in education, management and service, innovates working methods and improves the practicality and effectiveness of party building.
