[背景]探讨T7RNA聚合酶催化的荧光扩增技术(FACTT)检测胃癌患者血清中人表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)表达水平的临床意义.[病例报告]应用FACTT检测42例胃癌患者血清中HER-2的表达情况,并结合其临床病理特点进行分析.42例胃癌患者血清中HER-2的表达率为61.9%(26/42).HER-2的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及TNM分期具有相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01),而与年龄、性别无相关性(P>0.05).[讨论]利用FACTT检测HER-2表达水平对判断胃癌预后具有一定的临床意义.
[Background] To investigate the clinical significance of FACTT detection of the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) in the serum of patients with gastric cancer.
