河东区为了适应城市公社体制故革后加强财务工作的需要,从十月份开始,在区委的统一领导下,由财政局,公社工业局联合举办了城市公社工业会计训练班(计划两个月结业)。这期学员一百零八人,都是从各公社直属厂选拔出来的成份好,思想好、有培养前途的青年;其中绝大多数是准备在体制改革后担任财会工作的。这次训练,本着简便易行、立见成效的精神,贯彻了“从实际出发,学以致用”的原则。在开课前,这两个局曾抽调专人对公社工
