近十余年来,免疫学发展迅速,人们越来越重视免疫细胞特别是淋巴细胞对肿瘤的发生、发展及其预后的意义。同时运用观察淋巴细胞的改变作为肿瘤诊断的参考,判断临床的疗效,了解机体免疫功能的状态,也日益引起人们的注意。本文分析118例(恶性肿瘤42例,非肿瘤疾病39例,对照组37例)周围血液中淋巴细胞的计数及其在光镜下和部分在电子显微镜下(以下简称电镜)观察的结果,试图探讨在这方面的意义,现小结如下。
