金色的五月,我们来到位于甘肃东部的庆阳老区。庆阳在中国革命史上有辉煌的一页,从1930年开始,以刘志丹、谢子长为代表的一批共产党人在这里开展了艰苦卓绝的革命斗争,创建了中国工农红军第二十六军,开辟了陕甘宁革命根据地,为经历二万五千里长征的中央红军提供了立足之地。庆阳地区位于陇东黄土高原,黄土层厚达100米以上,土质肥力低,资源贫乏,经济条件艰苦。老区人民为中国革命曾立下不可磨灭的功勋,解放后生活虽然发生了明显的变化,但贫穷落后依然是一个沉重的负担,改变贫困落后面貌成了庆阳广大人民群众的渴望。要发展经济,脱贫致富,资金投入是关键。改革开放以来,党和国家关怀支持老区人民,为老区投入了大量的扶贫资金。1994年农业发展银行成立,他们努力增加农民收入,帮助贫困户解决温饱,坚持因地制宜、分类指导、总体规
In May, we arrived at Qingyang Old Quarter in eastern Gansu. Qingyang has a brilliant page in the history of the Chinese revolution.
