我省在中药配方中,有用土沙苑代替沙苑子服用的情况,一些中草药书籍有土沙苑与沙苑子疗效相同的记载。但去年发现土沙苑中毒的事例,不能不引起我们的注意。根据我们到东莞县某地的了解,发现服用土沙苑中毒18例,实为医药上一件不可忽视的问题。现将土沙苑中毒分析介绍如下:一、土沙苑的原植物及其分布概况正品沙苑子为豆科植物扁茎黄芪Astraga-lus complantus R.Br.的干燥成熟种子(图1)。主产陕西、河北、山西等地。有补肝,益肾,明目,固精的作用。主治肝肾不足,腰膝痠痛,目黯不明,遗精早泄,小便失禁。我省除向省外购进沙苑子外,多年来使用的土沙苑
