用酚噻嗪类药物治疗中产生中暑高热,文献中已屡有述及。动物实验也证实经此药处置过的动物对高、低温度的环境全不能适应。这是由于药物干扰了中枢下视丘和外围的体温调节机制所致。如同时使用抗胆碱类抗震颤麻痹药物,情况会更为加剧。假如同时并用三环类抗抑郁剂、单胺氧化酶抑制剂、锂盐会进一步促使高热的产生。这是因为上述这些药物本身也会通过中枢或外围的机制易于造成严重高热的缘故。

This is due to medications that interfere with the thermoregulatory mechanisms of the central hypothalamus and periphery. If anticholinergic anticonvulsant drugs are used at the same time, the situation will be even worsened. If combined with tricyclic antidepressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, lithium salts will further promote the production of high fever. This is because these drugs themselves are also prone to severe high fever through the central or peripheral mechanisms.
