伴随着我国动画高校的不断增多,高校中的动画毕业生的就业竞争将越来越激烈,各高校的动画培养,将逐步从常规型教学往精英化教学转变,而精英化教学离不开人性化的多渠道动画教学培养。人性化的教学将是动画教学中重要的发展方向,如何构建动画教学中的人性化团队培养模式,将是人性化动画教学培养的核心议题。
